We operate a global marketplace and software platform for pickleball tournaments. Clubs and organisers publish and manage events, players discover and enter them, verified results can be submitted to DUPR, and businesses can purchase advertising placements. Everything we sell is a digital service — there are no physical goods.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Administrator access is invite-only. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, are used fraudulently, or are used to publish unlawful content.

Each tournament is run by its organiser, not by WPA. The organiser sets the format, divisions, entry fees, venue, schedule, eligibility and on-site rules, and is responsible for delivering the event and for any waivers, insurance, permits and safety requirements that apply locally.

Entry fees, cancellations and withdrawals are governed by the organiser’s published event policy. Where WPA collects an entry fee on an organiser’s behalf, we act as a payment facilitator only.

Results are submitted to DUPR at the organiser’s discretion. Rating outcomes are determined by DUPR and are outside our control.

Advertising placements are sold on a pre-paid, self-serve basis and are additionally governed by the Advertising Terms & Conditions, which cover slot delivery mechanics, moderation, make-goods and non-refundability. Where the two documents conflict on an advertising matter, the advertising terms prevail.

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise on the checkout page. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also accept Stripe’s terms. Card statements show a WPA descriptor such as “WPT Ads Campaign”. Taxes are your responsibility where they are not shown at checkout. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

• No unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful or infringing content.
• No gambling, adult, weapons, illicit drug or counterfeit promotion.
• No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
• No impersonation of WPA, DUPR, another organiser or another business.
• No uploading of creatives or event material you do not own or have licence to use.

The platform, its design and its code remain ours. You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, resize, crop and display it for the purpose of running your event or campaign and promoting the platform.

The platform is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect access, tournament tooling, ad delivery or DUPR submission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or for the acts or omissions of organisers, players or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] and allowing 30 days to respond.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version, and the “last updated” date above always reflects the current one.
